Many couples enter divorce with a very limited understanding of divorce law, which is understandable, but this can be extremely limiting when it comes to navigating the difficult process. Without basic knowledge about the legal process, conflict can quickly increase between the two parties, and the process can become emotionally taxing and unnecessarily expensive. In fact, the state of Minnesota recommends that couples who are beginning the divorce process complete a family law basics course that can provide important information and can empower both parties to help control the legal outcomes of your divorce. AMS Mediation of Burnsville, MN offers the two recommended courses, both of which are four hours in length.
Parenting And Divorce Education, MN
