If you and your ex-spouse are unable or unwilling to reach your own agreement on child custody matters, the court may appoint a Custody Evaluator (CE) to make an informed recommendation. The Dakota County District Court may have to step to require both parties to work with a professional evaluator who is trained in areas related to the child’s wellbeing.

We have resumed limited in-person services for sessions with 1 or 2 participants scheduled for a maximum of 2 hours. Masks are required in our building and in session. Availability is subject to change based on local regulations and CDC guidelines.
